Prairie Pedal is an annual fundraising event for Macon County Conservation Foundation held in the fall. All proceeds support the conservation of natural areas and wildlife diversity in Macon County.

Enjoy the 62 mile, 40 mile, or 20 mile ride through the quiet roads of Macon County countryside and have a chance to discover the vibrant prairie grasses, wildflowers, and diverse wildlife as we ride for restoration! After the ride join the Macon County Conservation Foundation in an after party with chili (vegetarian option), an assortment of refreshments, entertainment, and raffle prizes! Prairie Pedal fees include a t-shirt, well stocked rest stops, and lunch.

SAG support is always available to help riders needing assistance. Priority will be given to riders in emergency situations—illness, injury, or irreparable breakdowns.
